Noticed it’s been slower lately more and more agents in ready vs jumping into the next call. Was told this week that we are having 1:1. Nervous because of all the layoffs in all the other departments. Our department hasn’t heard about any of it. Only heard about it when l looked on here. It would explain the low amount of calls

The 1:1 haven’t been scheduled yet emails from the supervisors have been saying wait for work force to schedule them along with team meetings this week
Is the 1:1 scheduled on a Thursday? If it’s not on a Thursday I wouldn’t worry too much
