Just looking for feedback/thoughts on this organization led by Shaun McDougall. Any thoughts on the strategic direction? Positives/negatives?

I don’t think anyone who actually works in GBA would say negative things about the team or leader. The team works hard to navigate challenges in pursuit of initiatives that will make things better for branch employees and customers.
