FA's were already recently reduced in number. It will likely happen again. It's an extremely useless position.

Marketing and STSS are gone?
What about all of the other regional people?
FAs, AFAs, TMS, ECs…. And any others?
I can confirm that ALL Marketing positions outside the Austin CEN team are being dissolved. There will be a tiny team handling NSOs and one handling community giving, but that's it. Everyone will have to re-apply for those handfuls of positions. Very similar to the last Marketing purge.
The tech team leaders will be liaisons to the offshore group which means they will be responsible for the s**t show that's coming .

all of regional marketing was laid off today
All in all its about an 80% reduction in headcount of the former Regional IT teams.
the former regional tech teams that went to global are being cut out in favor of outsourcing the work to a 3rd party. So the STSS position will go away, the tech Team Leaders will change to some form of non leadership role and become more of an individual contributor.
I hear STSSs are being eliminated.
