Its already taking place, several folks I know in AXG got the news this week. Thier roles were no longer needed and being eliminated. Sadly the changes that need to happen in AXG won't, they need to start at the top and work the way down. Lisa has been driving a ship with no clue how to steer she should of been the first to go after Raja.
