As a shareholder and for my own personal beliefs, I don’t want a union at WF. My role isn’t traditional union material and not the roles the union is targeting for potential membership.
As an employee, I want to see this union situation pushed so far uncomfortable up Charlie’s day to day world that he is ousted or is forced to change his direction and overall discord of the US employees at WF.
All 700 should be immediately fired.

These employees trying to unionize are making a huge mistake. Unions do not give you power or protect your job. The business will continue to make business decisions which can include eliminating jobs held by union employees. Or closing locations where union employees work. They will pay union dues and not get much in return for that. Higher wages?? It may look that way in the surface, but overall they are no further ahead. This is coming from someone who witnessed this craziness at another company. If you don’t like your teller job or other white collar job, go find another one.
A union is not going to protect you from what management wants to do. I have family in a union and the company removed night shifts. Manufacturers have it built in their contracts that changes for business need can occur.
Being in a white collar union screams to future employers “please don’t hire me.” No thanks.
