What’s TMS? Pretty sure they forced ATL’s to become TMS’s with little to no training, in the heat of a pandemic that rocked every store and TM in this now god-forsaken company -in a time when we needed EXTRA support from TMS! Not to mention, we were never compensated to adjust to the new expectations -it’s exploitation and sorry to say, it’s only getting worse.
Jeff flies to the freaking moon and leaves his acquired minions to try and save a sinking ship. This was a once-great company, but in my 9 years there? I’ve never wanted to (legitimately) die as many times as I have since 2017. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough “sick PTO” to be sui-idal.
STOP making Amazon returns, you dirty hippies concerned about composting your hot bar Box or recycling it… how about look at your consumerism and how many bathing suits you bought when you only needed one. A-holes.

Let's be honest here. Eventually, you'll know who was let go. But think about it from their perspective. It's still fresh for the ones being let go. Many of them have known less than 24hrs. I actually had a Field Associate at my store 2 states away from their office who found out yesterday about the lay offs in the middle of their walk! If that isn't a di-k move, I don't know what is. We don't need to know exactly who yet, give them their needed space. You'd appreciate the same.
They are keeping it secret as usual with information so tm’s don’t get any knowledge of what’s going on “closed door meetings”
