Learning Event - Succeeding in a Hybrid Environment

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! Let's think back shall we? To a few years ago when ALL of Wells Fargo employees were told to start working from home - on basically a day's notice. We worked that way for 2+ years without issue and EVERYTHING ran smoothly. Meetings were held, deadlines met, profits realizes, etc.

NOW that we've been back for ~a year you want to hold sessions on HOW to succeed in a hybrid environment where people work from home, some are in the office, some go to an office where no one on their team sits, etc. YOU, senior leaders, are insulting to the max! Just stop wasting people's time!

What a joke. As soon as management gets off their butts at home and back in the office 5 days a week to set the example then they can do whatever. My lazy processing manager moved too far from Charlotte to go back to the office. Why is she still here? She needs to be cut like everyone else. She is MIA all the time. What a joke!

Somebody forward this to Saturday Night Live for a hilarious skit idea 😂.

I think we all get it, this is another corporate check the box deal. Whether the topic has any actual value never matters, it is about the company making statements, providing information and then they fold their arms and move on to the next thing.

The company will never host anything that will benefit you professionally. All the focus is about maintaining the status quo, to avoid serious disruptions today.

This webcast is insulting - is the presenter who is 100% remote just trying to justify his existence? This has to be a joke. “Choose a huddle room for private conversations.”
