Merit Increases that don’t even keep up with cost of living increases

While these pathetic fools are raking in the money…

William C. Stone - Chief Executive Officer - $15,000,000
Rahul Kanwar - Chief Operating Officer - $12,000,000
Patrick J. Pedonti - Chief Financial Officer - $5,000,000
Jason White - Chief Legal Officer - $4,500,000

… we are getting 1 and 2% increases that don’t even keep up with the economy. We all need to get out, do the minimum until then, and show these leaders that don’t even know the work how useful they are when they have a lack of employees that foot their bill.

If you work in the call center some people are coming in at $25/hr. So even tho i got a decent merit increase i am still making less than a new hire

I think your % largely has to due with your supervisor and what part of the company you work for. Some departments may have more $$ allocated towards the merit increases than others. Different departments and different budgets

I always made more than others of equal tenure for I am a high performer . This year I got a HUGE raise as well but my manager fought tooth and nail for it. I think it depends a lot of who your supervisor/boss is. Some supervisors really don't stick up for their employees. The sad thing is even though I got the largest raise in history of my life there are still some new hires making more than me. That is really really SAD!!!!!!!!! I babysit those that make more than me. Not by much but still a new hire should not be making more than their team lead or trainer

If they believed it was actually necessary to pay incentives, they would do so. They do seem to favor certain people, whilst paying other a very small token incentive.

We are now being threatened with no merit increases, bonus, share or option awards, if we dont go to the office at least four to six days a month.

Anyone see that email from SS&C commincations from Nik Wright late yesterday.

If you received a huge increase, most likely it was because you were at the bottom of the pay range, the pay range increased, and you had to have that large of an increase to stay within range. Ask your supervisor to show you the pay range.

It’s so disappointing. My salary hasn’t increased by more than 1% in the last five years. But hey “it’s easier to whine and complain and hard to buck up and get something done”. Honestly our leadership team are so out of touch it’s laughable. I’m getting out soon thankfully.
