Just ask Michael Manning, he is the great leader behind outsourcing all internal positions to third parties at Whole Foods. Makes him look good on paper like he’s saving money. He will move onto another company in a couple of years and dismantle all of their internal positions as well I’m sure. Roaming lizards.

please do a trim of the southeast/floriduh regional office...please.....most inefficient and dimwitted crew possible....
Also they got rid of half the regional Field Associates last year. They should get rid of all of them. We don't need to sit on the same conference call every week and have a monthly visit where they tell us what we already know.

...ummm, you're wrong. They laid off our entire data team two years ago and our tech team coordinators last year and I just found out our TMS generalist is gone.

they’ve been rumors about getting of regional positions since the first layoffs back when the called it a restructure to soften the blow. Back when they slayed all of Marketing at store level and a couple years later finished the job by dropping all store artists.
But not once have they laid off any regional positions. Not one single coordinator or assistant coordinator or assistant to the assistant coordinator of any team no matter the size or percentage of store sale.
The truth is the more secure position in the whole company is regional. cause when the going gets tough all they have to do is have a meeting with all types of croissants at the middle of the table an throw darts at the wall as to what store position they’ll cut next.

This has been the talk for a while now thought they were next and everyone replied with look at Regional first. Don't worry the leftovers at regional will hit the stores next they don't like their buddies layoff. Watch your email!!!
