Still work at SWN for a long time, but saw the writing on the wall. communications is dead $, no growth, and isnt innovative. you can earn a wage in a SWN job -specific job title and a made up job -probably doing nothing, you dont have to work hard here, but thats about it. leadership is a joke and each level kisses the level above and to no end. anyone thats young and chooses to be here is foolish
