I work at a bank that will require workers to return to offices 3 days a week. Their goal is to force workers to quit so they don't have to pay severance or unemployment benefits.
Workers are geographically dispersed in states and cities throughout US. Myself I'm in the west coast and almost 100% of the people I work with are on the east coast. I have to be in a office to slack, zoom, and collaborate through Google docs, sheets, and slides.
I intend to reject early to late meetings, come in late and leave early, kick the can down the road for work that is not convenient for me, and take long lunches.
Any suggestions on how you've been successful at dealing with non-sense in office requirements? I'd ❤️ to share notes.
