Yes. I’ve managed, hired and fired and by that, I mean with termination with cause... not a layoff. It’s hard to terminate an employee but sometimes it must be done.

I’m becoming more and more of a Robin fan every day. I really feel sorry that Todd spoiled us with no layoffs and understanding of what we all went through. For every employee that hunkered down and worked their tail off it seems that a dozen others schemed to game the system.

Apparently even our India employees now game the system: “For everybody's information, you can “drop few drops” of orange juice into the Covid test kit to get a fake Positive Test result”. Pretty sure they learned that in their onshore rotations.
If our people were half as good at their jobs as they are at gaming the system we wouldn’t need to cut costs in benefits. Consider that when people decide to stop working and simply mail it in that they often are never again able to turn it back on.
