I got a 6 percent raise and bonus paid out 91 percent for the people laid off you have been deemed unnecessary or get paid too much money... no different than all the trades and cuts at the end of NFL season.

The EDs seem to have convinced themselves lingering here will bear some future gain. It won't.
I was laid off and my wife still works at Dell so I monitor things so she can ask her leader if the rumors are true. Plus since I’m over 50, monitoring the thread for any lawsuit potential. What I don’t do is post rumors about anything happening since I don’t have direct knowledge. Nothing bad about laid off people being here, unless they are trying to stir things up. Since it’s anonymous, no one truly knows.

If you have been laid off, there is nothing to feel bad about for being here. Please don’t let the rude people shame you into feeling like you can’t be here and post things you’re feeling and hearing. I feel sorry for the bitter people that come just to trash talk those that have been out through a lot by being laid off. Those are people that shouldn’t be here.
I was part of the Feb 10 WFR. I'm just here because I still have friends with Dell, and they are nervous as he-l that they will be hit in the next round. Many of the 'rumors' that I found here before the Feb layoffs were pretty accurate, so I'm curious what the next round is going to look like.
