Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

AT&T lacks any positive identity in the marketplace

T-Mobile - Value and The Uncarrier
Verizon - The Supreme Network
AT&T - ? Old, Monopoly, Co--y, Fees, remember pre data era when the geniuses of SBC and Cingular came up with "Self Expression" for a voice dominant industry. Self Expression? Until Executives of AT&T realize that the AT&T name is a negative in the marketplace they will continue to operate within their Executive Silo of Stupidity.

AT&T used to be considered gold plated service, you may pay a bit more, but the service will work and be better than other providers. That was the past, today other providers provide the same if not arguably better service at a much lower price. I don't see the value today going with any AT&T service unfortunately.

AT&T is only kept afloat by the fact that T-Mobile can't stop getting breached. 2nd data breach was just disclosed today.

couldn't agree more - they really need to stop the aggressive selling at sams and costco. but I do enjoy telling them I don't buy anything from att the 3 or 4 times they ask when I walk by them.

When I think about the perception of the company I work for I think archaic, monopoly, poor leadership, and #3 by a long way. The Executives at AT&T operate in a world of isolation where they are in denial and have zero situational awareness that Investors, Customers, Employees, and everyone in between doesn't think much of AT&T.
