I just noticed that Intel sells as much as AMD and Nvidia put together. Sure things are down, but they were down for AMD and Nvidia also. Simple facts are that all the headwinds are going in the right direction for Intel! I am excited about everything they are doing and I doubt that they will have layoffs. AXG is exciting and might be saying night night to some of the competition.

OP, how dare you bring a mildly optimistic perspective by pointing out the reality our competition is suffering right now as well and this is all temporary.
This site is for disgruntled former Intel employees to come daily and air their often misguided and over the top grievances!

@akr - If China hits Taiwan, the whole world will have to worry about slightly more pressing issues than which latest smartphone or PC to buy, for example which radiation shelter to take your family to and the onset of nuclear winter.

OP, Intel used to sell 10x of those companies combined so what happened. Tell us about market share, margins, and market capitalization. It is amazing to hear people talk positively about a company that lost $2.8 billion in a quarter stating their own GAAP calculations. What a joke. There is a good chance intel won’t hit 45 billion in revenue this year that would a 40+ % drop in revenue in just 2 years. Tell me how the company can continue without huge layoffs. Think numbers like 50k less employees to be remotely competitive.
If CCP was Toni care or destroy Taiwan we could all see the total failure of Intel. They are such an incompetent bunch they could never do anything without having a monopoly l.

If china would hit Taiwan or USA/EU would bring embargo in place for Taiwan chips, those companies would be dead in minutes.
People does not understand how the Si market is working. AMD and Nvidia are overvalued and Intel will shine again in 3-5Quaters.
