Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Serious question

Been mentioned in numerous threads but thought we could have a real conversation in a central location. Under CL leadership we have gone backwards on all levels fiber and small cell. Add to that KR, KB and purple park, and the RVPs, is there any hope for the future? Seems we are doomed under really bad leadership.

That is the link that shows the last two years of CCI Insider stock ownership data.

@8yoc I can’t be wrong again. It was my first post. On the sec form for statement of changes in beneficial ownership transaction code P indicates a purchase. So if you’re talking about the recent board member transaction, it’s very clearly not a sale.

If you want to see sales, look for code S.

Via Marketbeat, 2 buyers 2 Sellers in the past year.. 1 of those sellers sells every year.. there is nothing out of the ordinary about these sales or purchases and and they are no indication of the value of CCI stock.

Wong again @8one. Either you don’t know how to read an SEC filing or you’re just in denial. There have been more sales of stock by EMT and board members that purchases. More sales at these discounted prices spells trouble. I won’t waste my time explaining it to you. Its obvious rationale is above your ability to comprehend.

Wrong @7zpx. What you think is a sale by a board member is actually a purchase. So… what does that mean?

Some are selling. Some are buying. Make your own damn decision on the stock.

@5kfp+1mnTWkAF I guess you better start worrying because as somebody said before, LN is selling off and so are some members of the board. It’s all public record in the SEC filings. DYOR

Agreed, nothing new.. from my perspective the fiber organization still operates the same way as it always has.. it maybe if even went backwards

Dispite what you think CLs pattern is to sell his shares every year no matter what the price is.. I would be more concerned if other executives or board members started to dump their shares.. till then it's just noise..

@5bgy, when CL sells at such a huge discount, it means that he has no confidence that he can get a better price. Or maybe he needs the cash because he’s bad at managing finances. Either way, it speaks volumes.

That last post by an obvious bootlicking middle manager sums up the problem we have today. He/She can’t even put a coherent sentence together. Bottom line we are worse off because of CL and his minions. They have done nothing to advance us. In fact, we are worse off because of them. The stock price doesn’t lie.

Oh, y’all are still here? I have stfu yet…yet you miserable bast*rds are still at it eh?

How dare they sell their RSUs that they own! They nerve that they sell their own stock they were granted!

Do you all actually believe the BS you spew? Look at any other Exec at a Fortune 500 telco, their base is significantly higher than our EMT, we reward (down the the first line supv) and RSUs that no other telco does. But again, that’s too factual for you…so I understand you won’t like it.

It's the norm for CL he sells his shares every year.. it just amazes me the money these folks make

HA! As soon as somebody points out the FACTS that CL and LN are selling off their shares at a discount, @2xoe shuts the F up.

The company is not failing, revenue and profits have been increasing YoY both in Tower & Fiber. Leadership has made some questionable decisions and the enterprise business still operates and treats its people like its owned by private equity firm.

There’s no point in discussing if you don’t want to deal in facts. Our “downfall” is limited and expected based on known tower churn events. Again, dealing with facts may not be your thing, so please continue with your attacking of individuals based on your misery.

@1xca+1mnTWkAF So now we’re blaming towers for our downfall? That’s rich.

Is fiber where it needs to be? No. But has it grown? Yes. be factual and actually look at our returns. Fiber was negative yield in 2021 and early 2022, it’s now positive and not losing money at least. Not were it needs to be, but NOT the reason the stock has gone down. I highly recommend you learn how to read our financial results, education fixes ignorance.

Tower had a major churn event and is off in services. SOLELY the reason for our stock to go down.

@rrk+1mnTWkAF Fiber has seen growth? Where did this growth happen exactly? It’s been said on investor calls several times that customer growth has been offset by attrition so fiber has remained flat. Every time the question of fiber comes up on the calls, jay and Dan will say a quick blurb and then deflect back to towers. That’s a clear sign that fiber isn’t as successful at Crown as you’re portraying it to be.

My advice to you would be to take a step back and reflect on why you are so concerned? Are you just a miserable person? Or are you someone recently fired and this is all you have to do and you’re just attacking others due to your boredom?

Despite numerous threads and accounts on this site, CL has turned around a tanking fiber business (Lightower was a terrible purchase, along with horrible systems and leaders, thank God the systems leader we had is finally gone) and were actually seeing growth in the fiber business. If you( and the rest of those in this site) were really clued in on our financials, our stock is down due to tower churn and tower results, not network.

Again, just my opinion. You seem miserable, I wish you the best in fixing your terrible life.
