Demand new leadership. Boycott the Pulse Survey

Managers and unqualified "Directors" in my department were more concerned with who gave feedback in the survey than actually doing anything about it. Director would show up to a team meeting after survey results come out trying to find who would speak about it.
There are a couple of questions about leadership on the survey. Why not simply rate them a 1 and watch Sam squirm as she says they are obviously not where they want to be?
And your point of boycotting it is? What exactly do we accomplish by doing this? Why not respond honestly instead? Let them know vs. showing you don't have a backbone. Don't complain anonymously if you can't say it through your survey. They get great results because most people fear telling the truth. Imagine if the entire company came back and told them how they felt about leadership, it would definitely put it out there. They can't get rid of everyone. I can't stand punk moves and that is what the OP sounds like they are doing here by telling people to boycott.
Ir unhappy people boycott the pulse ratings go up and they celebrate it. Givr them bad results but increase participation they celebrate that.
The pulse exist so you think they care about what you say. Results are meaningless.
Leadership !#? If only more folks completed pulse honestly we might actually get leaders. So called leadership only care about leveraging the experienced professionals, and taking credit for thier teams successes, and about thier own promotions. Our so called leadership are incompetent and dont give 2 craps about verizon. Just keep watching what they do.
Both of those sentences contradict eachother.. I swear some of you just need to find a new job
