They aren’t calling it a layoff but role eliminations.

Honeywell has destroyed many of Intelligrated's original customers through failed promises and poor delivery. Honeywell always has the workers to blame with none falling on the executive shoulders. Executive failure to accept responsibility for bad decisions is a major problem for this company. John Boy is a prime example. If you have ever heard him speak you would wonder why he is where he is. Must have something to do with his relations?

What does the enterprise sales strategic account team do?
Aero did that once. Fired all the sales people because they thought online was the future. Hired them all back at market value after sales tanked and customers stopped calling. Disaster.
Intelligrated sales leader just left. He must be seeing the writing on the wall.
Intelligrated has not sold 1 system this year. It is a slow painful death for what was once a thriving profitable company.
Ya - I’m not surprised. They put blame on others and ki-l careers when the bad numbers are the result of the stupidity coming from those making all the decisions. There was quite a clan including VK that are the ones really responsible. It used to be the pride of the industry.
