Maybe I missed this but there’s a Wells Fargo propaganda program going on? You can literally volunteer your LinkedIn account to become an “employee advocate”. Recruiting must really be falling behind if the company needs employees to volunteer as propagandists.

When I was WFH I was a huge cheerleader for the company and told people it was a great place to work all the time. Guess what I'm telling people now Charlie. He needs programs like this because he's destroyed any possiblity of this kind of thing happening organically.
Everyone should sign up and tell prospective employees how it really is!!

Seriously, pyramid schemes need the bottom tier to prop up the top and sig their praises to recruit more “Employees” to the cult. Wells Fargo is no different. I don’t care what kind of flavor packet you put in a glass of p!ss, at the end of the day it’s still a glass of p!ss.🥃
That's pathetic that Wells is doing this.
It's one thing to have a direct referral for a specific opening, but to ask employees to have a permanent sales pitch on LinkedIn to help Wells recruit is pathetic.
It speaks volumes about Wells' poor reputation as an employer, and is bizarre given how aggressively the offshoring is going.
Or they are finally doing what many other large companies do? However, you are probably right, it is some nefarious conspiracy by CS and the HR leaders to recruit new blood and remove the old expensive dead weight and non RTO’ers and replace them with robots and offshore resources. Does that work for the ridiculous conspiracy group think here?
