Branch closed retail employees was given their assignments but is this temporary? Since now the branches are way over staffed do you think they will lay them off by end of year? Also union Bank ABMs are way overpaid to be US bank CRC will ABM also be laid off?

There is no ABM at Union Bank that's knows anything about sales. They became an ABM to go to operations. ABM's are overpayed tellers. They should be the first to be let go.

If ABMs are making $40 being a teller then it’s won’t be hard to make them CRC4s. It’s super easy to open accounts and to simply ask a customer if they want a CC (tellers do that also)

Based on the monthly layoffs they are having, I’d say it will be in the next sixty days. They have got to cut expenses so the top three mgmt levels can continue making high wages and bonuses.

ABMs are making over 40 an hour. But they can’t be CRC4 since they know nothing about sales…. Just does not make sense

CRC4s are paid up to 39 an hour on the scale very possible to be paid over that. I doubt ABMs are making that.
