Anyone has any insights about the upcoming townhall?
It's sounds scary, and sounds more like merging some sbgs together, spinning off somes.
Are huge layoffs coming soon?

Yes. Nothing of interest during the town hall. They do RIFs by the group, especially if the group is spread out. It won’t be one particular site hit. They just reduce and reduce and reduce. Kind of like the equipment. Don't upgrade it, outsource the product that used to be made in it. Same with the people. Outsource until there isn’t anything left.
Like many here, I’m officially begging for a layoff. I want my severance and the opportunity to run away and never look back.
The new CEO stated he can get a stock to go up. Expect some major changes to take place. I guarantee we’re not gonna like it. The last CEO wasn’t aggressive enough.
Knowing Honeywell I do expect what you say to be coming, there has been a lot of chatter about this within our teams however I do not think this particlular Townhall will be announcing this.
More likely it will be the usual word salad and excuses for the continuation of more cost cutting measures.
I think the more serious stuff will happen later in the year (Q3 keeps being mentioned) but who knows hey.
