Let’s get Kieber Santos Greg baker Kevin reed and Mike Venable to drive from their homes in Washington DC Princeton NJ Jacksonville Fland Frederick MD to theCharlotte hub three times a week. That way they can follow their own rules they out in place and lead by example. And if they refuse then they get terminated like they propose to do to everyone else. Come in boys. Show us how it is done. Fair is fair to follow your brilliant idea.

Has Charles Scharf & Co. been to SF HQ yet ? Just curious…
Charlie’s prereq for joining WF back in 2019 was that he was going to stay in NYC instead of in SF. His reasons was that he was able to do as well as a job out there or anywhere as he would have in SF but ironically was also trying to do away with remote work completely. Eliminating remote work was something that he unsuccessfully tried to implement at Mellon before major employee backlash had him backtrack. (Google it.) Months later the pandemic hit when we all proved we can be productive outside of the office and here we are most everyone being forced to RTO just because who really knows.
This is all about shrinking headcount. When they hit head count numbers they want RTO will go away.
Resistance is never futile. We will win the RTO war eventually. Their cute little reports might make them happy, but top talent will leave and no one staying will really care. It's completely unsustainable. The hacks pushing this cr-p will be gone in a year. Don't let these worthless POSs win. They want you to quit without collecting the severance you deserve. F them and their plans.

There's so much hypocrisy in leadership it's astounding. Non-hub folks being laid off due to location strategy sometimes in groups where the leaders themselves aren't in hubs.
