How many total are being let go? Why is Culture Champion being pushed on me when I work at the regional office?

Esitmates from articles say half a percent of total team members, which equates to 750 people, however this is greenwashing just like the GAP step system in the store. These are high paying positions that are very limited. If they were to do the real math, im sure itd be closer to 50% of regional/global jobs

Simple. They think you don't do enough to earn your money but they have no additional work for you to do, so they are falling back on pushing busy work. It makes them feel contented to think you are "busy."
