Expat premium calculator

Is there still an expat premium calculator? I can’t find it but the search tool is garbage.

Expat premiums are capped for everyone at the dollar amount for the mid point of CL28. Anyone earning below that gets the full percentage premium.

Thanks @1ecq+1muwHPIM

I wish we could see histograms/pdf/cdf with annual salary for each CL-job family cohort. I also want to see the same distribution stacked against industry benchmark. Feels like XOM is underpaying. It used to be that XOM base pay was better than most oil base+variable.

They range from 0 to 65%.

Depends on how cr-ppy the host country is.

Sometimes it doesn't matter how much the uplift is because they cap the amount your percentage is based on to the midpoint of your payscale. So just because you're supposed to get ~35% uplift doesn't mean you will see all of it if your salary is over the midpoint.

There is an xls floating out there that will give you the uplift based on you home and host country. Good luck.
