Save millions now. Pay later for the lose of knowledge and skills that obviously, based on facts do not transfer with workflow. Stop being a babysitter and let the true results shine!
Stop sending to BTC, MSP, BUDAPEST, BRAZIL, ARGENTINA ETC ETC ETC.....it does NOT SAVE MONEY OR TIME!! The end result is rework, endless communication explaining and reviewing again, again and again. Zero value added if all aspects considered but no one is interested in all of the story because it doesn't promote their precious padded accomplishments storyline! MASSIVE WASTE OF TALENT, TIME AND RESULTS!

There is nothing wrong with using MSPs for commodity work. It’s when you overcommit and eliminate your entire experienced employee base in-lieu of 3rd party where you see the major issues. Most of the work MSPs are doing is work out employees didn’t want to do anyway. Main problem is we got over aggressive and started shipping critical work that wasn’t yet mature (VDI, geo-technical license management, etc.). Our general environment, like GME, is also way too complex. Modern Client is the opposite of what we should be doing in this space (and don’t give me the ‘cyber’ excuse. We need to simplify hardware, network, cloud environments to make the easier and cheaper to support. A lot of this stuff I don’t even want to send this support to MSPs. Just friggin eliminate it all together through simplification and automation.
