It almost official. EMTEC will not hire in high cost countries in 2023. The company is over staffed in HC-10.

What about all the deadbeats left in Annandale? Place is a dumpster fire 🔥…..EMTEC is a waste of company capital….contractor hide and seek , 🤡 management so corrupt here. Beware PB….no one is safe….
Machelen, Belgium, New Jersey, and the Houston technology sites (EMTEC) will continue to reduce their higher cost scientists, researchers, and engineers and continue lower cost recruitment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Bangaluru, India.
The cost of an engineer, researcher, or scientist in India is 1/7th the cost of the equivalent title in the United State or Belgium.
Noticed they hired more suckers in KLTC to backfill all the people who left.
It makes no sense that they're handing the keys to the kingdom to all these other countries in this current geopolitical climate when petroleum is critical for national defense.
EMTEC will be 1500 employees global in the near future. Why hire, when you are rapidly shrinking in headcount.
Emtec in Houston is 75% chinese+indian anyways.
Wouldn't notice much difference.
What value does EMTEC bring to the company?
EMTEC is letting it all go to Bangalore and Shanghai. Same way they are letting EMIT go to BTC's/MSP
This company is greedy and evil!
Offer a decent package and the company could easily hit the target headcount reduction numbers, of course we won’t do that instead we will grind people away using the PDS process…
Hiring freeze in Canada. We are resourcing to contractors, BTC and MSP’s more and more.
