My mental health matters. I will not be attending. Zero value in listening to a rich guy saying words he doesn’t mean about a company he’s not invested in, while he and the other execs sell off their stock, and they continue to make working conditions worse to encourage workers to quit. I have actual work to do. I might be around after he’s made his millions off this place, and I’ll do what I can to keep things together and maybe have some kind of positive impact for the future of this place.
The company soundbite is that our mental health matters (I know they don’t mean it), but I’ll do what I can. So, yeah, not going to be there.
I stopped attending these and all DEI events many months ago.
What's today's softball question he can whittle away 5-10 minutes of Q&A on? Last winner was "What is Wells approach to sponsorships (golf tourneys, etc.).

Well, I won’t hold my breath waiting for him to honestly share the plan to ensure each business group is compliant on sending XX percent of US jobs to India. BTW, most groups are not even remotely close to the magic number, yet, so buckle up.
Heard loud and clear from many this % is now an expectation and no longer a push.
Oh maybe he will share how the leaders all came together in the last few weeks to talk about how wonderful “the firm” is while peers and employees were laid off a few days prior.
Clearly not holding my breath on that, either.
