I saw the 5 + 5 happen once in the mid 80s but I bet it will never happen again. Of course I wish it would happen but most all of us know that the company won't pay out any more than what the contract says. It would suck to be a manager especially now. Glad I'm union. At least I'll get a nice termination package of 2 years pay per our union contract when I'm laid off.
