They got a 5.99 dollar hat this year , employee appreciation, instead of a raise. RD ...NOT APPRECIATED, no hat. Better than last year....nobodies gots nada. Really, how come no cost of living...ever??? This is the Nov model?? I think I wasted 5 years here.

I work for Nov fiberglass systems in San Antonio Texas and for employee appreciation day we got some cheap a-s over cooked burgers and a small bag of chips lol. No cost of living pay raise

IDK how many times it's been said, use them and abuse them just like they do us and get out. You got a Chief of whatever / Chief of whatnot benefiting his ridiculous "non-profit" company of RedMugs, why can't you take advantage? You can....figure it out. ;-)
Get the experience and go. I spent 16 years there before I left. Life is really good on the other side. And companies do give raises.
find yourself a good agent to work with and voila.....problems solved ;-)

It took 10 yrs and a guy leaving before i got a good raise that kept me around.
