PDS is a slap in the face. I get told by my supervisor what to write, my opinion is garbage. Of course there’s a bit in there about TMTS, so they can use that as a stick if you fail to transfer knowledge to KLTC. I can’t see how this company will continue to grow and succeed while it’s kicking the sh!t outta its employees.

Yes, I remember a couple of section heads and managers that literally rewrote my PDS. They just line it up to whatever they want to float up the top to show their worth. Communication from them are nonexistent or inaccurate.
Do not refer the managers as "the leadership". That implies they demonstrate leadership, which they don't.
@OP Don't stress out over your PDS. Your destiny is already programmed in by HR. Select the attributes you want to highlight, cut and paste in some detail from previous PDS' and/or emails. Tell them all the great things you will do. Be honest about your Mobility, etc and let it rip. During your supervisor sit-down push him/her a bit to be real, be professional, get F2F agreement on new skills you want going forward, smile and walk away. Keep your CV well polished and up to date at same time. There is no more job for life at EM. It's finished, finito, no more. Take good care of yourself and your family and network in the industry outside the Company. Good Luck!
