I have a friend who works in another company in the industry and who also complains that their management is terrible. I can't tell if bad management is characteristic of Mondelez or if the problem is present in the whole industry?

I've worked for other companies in the same industry. Mondelez is the worst one for sure
Our management is clueless. They have no idea how bad is it for us reps. Just want us to sell hahaha
There might be bad management other places but ours is the worst. They went woke before everybody else.
