RedHat, Nordcloud, Spin-Off Kyndryl all effected by layoffs recently or in recent months. How does the future look like?

All this talk about AI in the news and IBM is never listed in top companies.
(same goes for cloud obviously)
The future looks same as always. Once novelty (or incremental revenue) wears off, layoff most since if not smart enough to leave already, then probably not wanted by IBM. Nothing new year. Been going on for decades.
