CAP is for "Pop a cap!" Fitting for the less-desirables that Ford was forced to hire there but local officials.

Management from Detroit and the UAW HQ should come in an lock the doors one random Sunday. Shut it down 12 weeks while they hiring a whole new workforce, line workers, entire salary staff, burn it down and start over.
Only maybe then it can regrowand survive.
That is was (still is?) a cesspool of entitlement and se--al harrassment at the highest levels - including plant management?
That they failed the Explorer launch resulting in Heinrichs being canned?
