BOA has become a sweat shop kind of place. It is not the place anymore for people who value hard work and are loyal and the faster people realize that they’ll be better off for it. I realized that over a year ago and worked on my exit strategy. It’s a year plus since I left and I don’t miss anything about that place. I still know a lot of people that work there and it’s the same complaints a year plus later. There are plenty of other amazing companies out there that are way more competitive with pay. I not only found a full time wfh but I got a 40% plus increase in salary. Change is hard but it can sometimes be worth it. All you have to do is motivate yourself to try.

Whenever you can leave, don’t stay. There is no future, no career here.
Firstly, I’m trashing BOA not anyone. Secondly, if you love it so much what are you doing on here. I was that person that came on here because I was in the same situation I came on to read the posts of others and realized we were all in a similar place. What I did differently is I stopped complaining and did something about it. I was told I had to go back into office and it was the moment I realized I’m in control of my career and I started posting out. I didn’t get out right away, it took months but I eventually did and looking back it was the best thing I could have done for myself. Yes I get paid a whole lot more and I have work life balance. I’m happy and the point to my post that you obviously took the wrong way is everyone can get out if they try hard enough and be patient.
Right out of the gate you trashed BOA. You finished with telling everyone that your life is so vastly different now that you have moved to a company and job that is all sunshine and rainbows. If you are so happy where you are, what is the point of gloating about it here. Did you hate BOA so much that you continue to trash it and drop what really is a demoralizing post.
On top of that you blasted the first person to call you out. Why?

And I was prepared for the ignorance from someone like you. The post was meant to motivate people. Instead of showing your blatant ignorance you should have taken the time to actually read what I said. I still know a lot of people that still works there and a year plus later, same sh-t, different year. For the record this is my first post after I left. Don’t be a hater loser!
