Heard today that the inside managers are going take the brunt of the riff Soon after the inside associates that are union will be offered the enhanced eisp the ones that are not they will just cut.Thats how they will get their 15-20%

Enhanced packages are a hoax. Once offered, even to select people, would open the door legally to every other group to come. You offer to one, you offer to all.

Let's think about some of the hierarchy from low to high
Analysts and Consultants
Supervisor
Manager
Sr. Manager
Associate Director
Director
VP
Executive VP
Since many of these layers have just a few people reporting to them, do they really need all these layers of management? Some layers with personal to person management need smaller orgs but some of the higher levels?

It means they sleep inside in a bed at night, as opposed to outside in a bucket truck during the day.
Not sure why everyone is saying 15-20 % is alot! it’s actually not as many as you think there are so many redundant management positions that most in the different departments don’t realize were talking accross the country.But lets face it to save money they already have the union associate down to bare minimum now they dont really need a manager who has another manager below him who has another manager below him and so on.The fact is now with technological advancement and most people working from home why do centers have 5 levels of management
