So on the mortgage side none of the admins or sales assistants are being required to RTO. None of the Regional Sales Consultants people are RTO. Heck the market manager admin lives in another state from where her sales office is! So being all of these people are remote means disparate treatment and talking out of two sides of the mouth. Stop threatening people. We don’t believe a word of this!!!!

As with everything else, it depends on the LOB and manager. Some LOBs are pushing harder than others. A lot of people here think that whatever happens to them goes for everyone else. Bad manager? All managers are bad. Poor facilities? All facilities are bad. Someone got laid off? Everyone got laid off. Job went to India? All jobs are going to India

I've never seen so much generalization.

Just like “Chanpion DEI” is in performance. What a joke.

Ummm, no. Not the way that WF “manages” diversity. WF execs making millions can do their own dirty PC spin for optics, not me.

@duf+1n1Yq6hK because most of the "Leadership" that has migrated here from JPMorgan Chase IS K-12 - intellectually and for years around the sun .... not trying to be age-ist but seriously whose little kids are they....they have little to no actual experience.

Go ahead. So my bonus will be less since I‘ve not come into the office and saved myself thousands in transportation, parking, dry cleaning, and lunch expenses?

Works for me.

It really worries me that my pathetically small potential merit increase might be fractionally smaller because I choose the luxury of working from a productive environment over an unproductive one.

That's really the game of chicken management wants to play?

Next up, factoring the carbon footprint in the office.

Hoping the alien invasion lockdown comes sooner than March 2024 to send us back home to take care of the earth.

I love this blackrock firm.

They should factor in "go F yourself" into THEIR performance reviews. This place is such a damn joke and it all starts with the mo--ns in Hudson Yards who need to be downsized more than anyone. They literally produce nothing and cost a fortune.

I would love to know the amount time and $ spent generating and looking at RTO reports. Because that is what this company needs to worry about right now.
