How many eat the tots?
We have about 180k domestic including contractors...if contractors "don't count" in the stated goal, we're probably not that far off. Not sure I'm buying it. I'm sure chuckles will just keep bumping the goal up until we're all gone.

You can't look at teamworks; it includes contractors. Search through the quarterly reports for actual headcount changes. It was around 273,000 in 2019. Also, the India numbers have jumped from around 15,000 in 2019 to 46,000 in 2023. Ain't t hard to figure this out. Newest goal is 40% headcount in India.

30K above staffing target and that 81% needs to come down to 70%.
238K x .81 =192,780 US employees.
208K x .70 = 145,600 US employees.
So as you can see, there are still another 47K US jobs to shed.
Then the layoff/offshoring goals will be met.
The 2022 number posted did not include India and Philippines as there were updates to entity structures.
So fucccking what. The place is still a shitshow.
Teamworks numbers include contractors. You may see someone in Teamworks who has no identified direct reports, but their team count is, for example, 20. Those are contractors. The financial statements cite employee counts, not including contractors. Comparing the two is apples and oranges.
This isn’t accurate unless the 238k team members are stateside only. Total employee count as of
