Akash is all hat and no cattle. He has to be the most inconsequential member of the “Executive” Committee. Another short man with a napoleon complex.

No reason for Robin to listen to McKinsey. Akash came from McKinsey. What has he achieved other than inflating his own ego? Even Charlie Shart figured out he was a loser.
could not be more accurate - management have zero clue what they are doing. They just hire totally arrogant ppl that talk down to employees like they are pieces of sh-t. What an embarrassing place to work for.
