What does Hans have to do to be fired? Imagine if all of us did our job as poorly as him. How quickly do you think every single one of us would be fired? Yet somehow instead of being fired, he's given extra bonuses and pay raises. How is that even possible?

It’s quite simple, Hans hasn’t been fired because he’s on the board of our largest shareholder (Blackrock). He supports their work agenda, so he gets to stay in the job regardless of financial performance.

400 leaders can’t get the message to get him canned because they don’t want to ruin their own hustle. Most of those leaders are at their last stop, no company is going to hire those tired a-s bodies with no innovation. And they are all afraid to losing their huge bonus and stock options. So they all kiss each others a-s, pretend everything is fine and follow the leader. Bank as much as you can because this ride is going to be over for most of us. That’s a fact.
He's cutting costs and outsourcing jobs. Transforming full-time jobs in America to temp jobs without benefits. I'd say he is performing very well.
There may be another side to this coin. First of all the entire DOW and S&P are in turmoil not only our VZ stock. Secondly. And I heard this years ago .. that our CEO was intentionally brought here to cut the fat and streamline systems and get headcount to 100k. There is someone pulling Hans strings and he too must follow the game plan. IF this is true he is right on target. Our 5G buildout may be late to the game. But overall there may be a master plan and Hans was the catalyst. It’s big business. We are just soldiers

VZ is all about social justice. Foremost, social justice. Then, with what remains of the corporation is anyone's presumption.
How he (Hans) got into this position is what tricks anyones sanity. He is doing everything he can to get Fired!!! but still remains in that postion.
Possible suggestion... open up a Survey Monkey poll (seems to be popular with Vz leaders) and post a no-confidence vote there for Verizon employees to weigh in. Start an instagram or Twitter handle with #DonewithHans. If you're serious, and many of us are, time to take action. 400 leaders in a room can't seem to get the message across in front of him.
The 1st advocates for this company are the employees if you loose us your toast. Once I leave so does my business my families business and any future business.
Maybe someone has the goods on someone else. Probably explains some of the judicial, executive, and legislative nonsense going on in this country
Because it's the tale of 2 cities executives go by a whole different set of unwritten rules. Have courage and ask these same questions on up to speed on every single meeting every time you speak with your boss. They will get the picture and when it becomes to much call out sick mental health is real take care of yourselves 1st. There is no logic here and the abuse won't be tolerated.

Even though being fired is a course of action but who would be the interim and permanent replacement? Who would want this job after all the setbacks and failures? To have to right this ship? Unless it is a federal government appointee from the blue party oval office?
