Can someone confirm if the Warn notice was posted before they made the announcements of their RIF? Just wondering if its worth monitoring or just wait until they tell us. Also, it would help to know what positions these "reliable sources are" I feel like something is coming but it's all speculation right now. This is all anonymous so just spill already. Which sites? what positions? what city?

WARN notice is only required if it’s a plant or more than X amount of people like 1/3 something like that at a site. They didn’t do a WARN for HR it’s unlikely they’ll do one for these. Someone posted on here about HR 2 weeks before it happened. And they’ve already let go of marketing and product managers.
