There is so much happiness and life after Verizon. It’s tough to go through it, but damn, so much more quality corps/ businesses out there. It might take a bit, but it’s out there! Verizon is not what it was and seems to be going downhill everyday. Verizon does not define YOU! Leadership (SMs, Directors+, VPs, terrible! We know) They’re loss! Your WIN!

Every person I know who was laid off ended up in a better spot personally and job wise. Verizon puts so much in training employees and tuition reimbursement, other companies will swoop you up. My last day isn't for another two weeks but just posting that I'm leaving I have been getting offers to interview out the a-s.
I'm taking all those years of training and Verizon paying for the degree I just finished to the competition. Let them invest in skilling up people for a decade like they did me. I just helped implement a recruiting system that my replacements don't know how to run.
