I know RTO is a back door layoff method, but do we know if another traditional layoff is coming in the summer?

They laid off some staff in Product and Customer Success too. I don’t know how many have been impacted. It looks like this has been occurring the end of every quarter in different areas since the January layoff.
In which country is that happend?
They just laid off the entire remote Court Research department (200+ employees) yesterday with 0 notice because they trained new employees in office.
