What bugs me the most is that while so many hard-working employees will lose their livelihoods, executives will continue to receive large paychecks despite all the cr-p they keep pulling. I don't know many things, but one thing I know for sure: this leadership team is not worth the money they are getting.

Nobody is losing their livelihood. Current business don't need that many workers anymore. People will move onto other jobs where they are needed. Hyperbole much?
It has always been that way. I'm sure Worldcom and Enron all had great employees the when the dominoes fell.

Don't want to keep so many workers around if there aren't work for them.
OP, you are absolutely correct. Nothing we can do but either put up with it or leave it behind. Complaining gets us no where
