Just reading that article, the internal document's comparison of IBM's age profile to Accenture's is d-mb. The big consultancies deliberately hire loads of HPEL ('high performing entry level') staff, so _of course_ they're going to skew young compared to IBM. Also gotta wonder about the lack of common sense in committing something like that to writing...

How do you sleep at night piling insult on misery? What kind of life do you lead? Do you ever think that maybe you should temper your hatred of anything remotely negative about IBM with some human decency? In this and other threads, you've crossed over from being a cheerleader for IBM to being a cheerleader for the damage done to human beings by IBM. Your mother would not be proud.
