Tech is getting booted from ballantyne to make room as the building is now over capacity
Enjoy that commute to downtown Charlotte and paying $200 a month for parking that is on the way!

Is there even room at Ballantyne? I've heard it's already overcrowded as is.

No options are being given

If you work at Ft Mill and are not in tech you are going to ballantyne

If you are at Ft Mill and are in Tech you are going to Brevard

If you are in Tech and are in Ballantyne you will be forced to either CIC or Brevard

I wonder if you were given the option of Uptown and Ft. Mill and chose Uptown, if they will allow you to switch to Ballentyne instead. My teammates in Ft. Mill were told they would move to Ballentyne and I would prefer that versus paying for parking uptown.

Building two was being renovated and they moved all into building one. The last email said they decided not to renovate and will be moving people out except technology.
I refuse to go uptown from fort mill and will stay home and wait for the axe to drop.

It's possible this is specific to Tech and was determined not to be one of the approved Technology locations as part of RTO strategy.

They are in the process of renovating one of the two Fort Mill Buildings. Not sure where you are getting this information. Nothing on CPG site and no communications to employees at the Fort Mil location stating this. It is also one of the approved locations for Control Management, which was communicated a couple months back. Seems like a troll post just to stir the pot.

From the email notification it’s not clear if tech folks from Balantyne is also moving to Brevard building in uptown or just the to be closed Fort mill office folks. Anybody have any firsthand information about this?

I know someone in that office who is moving to Ballantyne Building 1. Technology is moving to Uptown. Sounds like Q4 or early '24 move. They were told this week but haven't seen a broader announcement.

Where did you hear this? I don’t see anything about it on CPG page? Can you provide the announcement?

Ballantyne is full. People sitting in the connections lobby working

They are moving tech people out and forcing them to Brevard

Should help get attrition going again

Atlanta which is a major regional city is down to almost nothing. Charlie does not want talent which is in this major financial city. He would rather employ the trash in India.

they combined the two buildings into one and still only 25%, maybe, utilized. There is room in Brevard and Ballantyne so makes sense. I just wish they would assign cubes

That's the point of everything these POSs do, make employees miserable so they will quit. FHY.

Didn't hear that, but maybe because nearly CLT has plenty of buildings? DSM is vacating several buildings also to cram everyone into a single campus.
