And that Leadership is floundering. Working on details, you can’t make up how incompetent these people are. They have no plan.

Feels more like a vision than an actual plan
Truth is, the Stankey edict is simply not doable.
So they have to come up with all of these ways to try and work around it, and all of those need to be approved. Hence the delays.
