Stankey’s RTO Policy hitting the news wires which is further

Highlights his gross incompetence over the years. This will just be the start of leakers of information and sabotage and more quiet quitting. Leadership is so out of touch that they may burn this thing to the ground before someone can come in and salvage the operation. Nearly all of my fellow long time coworkers who I consider high value contributors have had enough. Leadership at ATT is Malfeasance and Incompetence and the have lost the workforce.

I am encouraged by the fact that this is out there now.

At the end of the day it likely makes no difference, BUT- I am still glad it got picked up as it paints Stankey in an unfavorable light. And I am just so tired of him getting a pass after decimating this place over the last 10 years with horrible strategic vision and execution.

No, "RTW" is an insult.

"O" has nothing to do with "W." Productivity, no. Cutting labor costs, yes.

RTO is widely used in public media and is the known and accepted acronym, not some euphemism contrived by AT&T executives.

The headlines are misleading. They should reference RTW rather than RTO.
