1ihh - That came across like you're a vile HR or PR lackey whose job is to support anyone who's climbed to the top regardless of how morally corrupt they may be. That A hole shouldn't be supported because the wee poor baby is stressed out in his high paying job. What should be supported is that the actual truth comes out and all involved get the justice they actually deserve since I expect that both of them (and likely some others on the side) have been involved in soiling that laundry that's now being aired publically.

His true character has been revealed for the whole world to see. If Ford keeps him on, then Ford is showing their true character as well. But wait, we already know that from the well documented Chicago plant issues sanctioned and ignored by Ford leadership.
And BTW who is going to respect or follow him?
With success, unfortunately sometimes comes missteps. Victor has been riding at the top in high stress positions for years now, keeping that kind of pace did him in. He will reset, recoup, and return to FordNext clear and more focused than ever. People here should support, not attack in a time like this.

Ah so the rumors circulating in 2021 about why FLV was available to work at Ford are true. Certainly parallel the behavior described in the article and his work behavior - bully/jerk when not around “people who matter”. You gotta wonder what type of vetting Ford does.
If he is on leave and not released by ford then ford is turning a blind eye to domestic violence. Ford should have 0 tolerance.
