company is all but finished. when a company relies on bait and switch tactics to its customers and slams their accounts without discretion and charge fees to setup a device... they will catch on go to other carriers that are way less and have similar or better service. this is not 2013 anymore.

its a sad thing what has happened to VZ.i think corporate greed played a big part of the downfall of this company. The board should all step down and the top excutives, they dont care cause if they leave ,they all will get big packages, maybe thats their plan to destroy this company...who knows and i guess we will find out very soon

The VZ CEO is a dunce and so are the entirety of the VZ board-of-directors.

We offshored the CEO position and other executive positions that did not understand the competitive US market. Only until we get an aggressive American CEO will things change.

Just where is everyone coming back to? Far fewer seats than people.

KB, a DEI placement, incompetent and an embarrassment and cost the corporation billions of dollars.

Retail side is being overhauled. Sounds like individual commissions is coming back, no more multi-store managers, retail and indirect are being split back up, going back to smaller regions. Sounds like Sampath came in, saw what Krista did, got rid of her and wants to undo most of what she did. Now Hans just need to go and Verizon can begin to recover

No ray of hope, simply just prayers, to have an outsider find bonafide value to exploit an opportunities.

Overcome, what? The most celebrated #1 rated network, higher share price peaking at US$66/share [Bell Atlantic, CEO, Raymond Smith, to be purchased by British Telecom], the welfare of its diverse employees, the best employer in the country, the best company for the labor union, the most used by cellular phone consumers?

The current VZ CEO should do the honorable thing and agree to an $1/annum salary + all the rest as stock options at the current strike price - or the strike prices being an average of the stock price for this year.

RIFs, rebadging, and termination of employees. Only way to increase the free cash flow to pay the corporate debt, labour benefits, retiree benefits, and corporate dividends. Sinking ship.

I ask the same question myself?? It is a very big ship to reversal course away from the approaching iceberg. Unsurmountable issues by very boneheaded executives and the board-of-directors. A textbook example of how not to do things. Executives cannot manage the four (4) basics, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and strengths.
