Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

When to leave?

You leave when you are dissatisfied with the pay, the stress levels, the boss(es), your career prospects, or any combination thereof.

I’m holding out for severance and going to enjoy my generous PTO until then.

At Wells, employees would rather just complain, wallow in their sorrow and blame everyone else but themselves in a free market system

The best advice is do NOT work here. Corruption is what this company is all about. Hopefully the fed can takeCharlie down!!!!

If you're asking, its probably time to leave. Better now than later when you're laid off. It's easier to find a new job, when you already have a job.

Or you leave when they can't find a reason to fire you for poor performance so they break the law and fire you for talking to regulators. After almost 10 years, 5 of it being tied up in court due to illegal actions committed by the firm against me, I was finally fired for providing evidence to the EEOC as part of their investigation into my complaints, evidence I provided them almost 5 years ago. Fired for cooperating by providing evidence of illegal activity at the firm by sharing a document that was used to retaliate against me with a federal regulator... I was in WFAS/Internal Audit and am looking forward to chatting with the analysts about all those "control improvements" Charlie keeps saying are taking place.
